+1 on all that. Bit hard on the senses that bit, I kept lifting my head trying to see further ahead

Good movie, need subtitles for Guy Martin though, couldn't understand what he's saying most of the time.

They must have had footage of his crash but didn't show it, and went on with a very sympathetic interview with his wife back in NZ. Just seeing his two little boys at home made me think that the race should be banned, no kids deserve to lose their Dad just because he's got a fixation on a motorbike race.
Sorry to haul you up on this, but the two little GIRLS loved their dad, and grew up with him off at the races - they often went along to watch as well.

But yeah great movie, was glad to have had a heads up about Dobbsy being the focus of some of it, with the interviews with Bridget.

We're probably going to go back to watch it again, and as we go to the movies every so many years, that's a pretty big thumbs up from us.

I agree on the initial low horizon coverage, I was thinking I wasn't sure I could handle the whole movie like that - I'd be sick.

Then the coverage of the two accidents in the final Senior TT race is incredible. There's still images of a bike in flames which is incredible, and your heart jumps out of your mouth when Connor Cummins comes off. But the only thing these guys in hospital are focussed on is getting back on a bike so they can race next year, that is just mind blowing.
Just hope they haven't banned it then like you suggested.

I'm going tomorrow. The wife likes Guy Martin so I might have to drag her along. Might even get her on the back of the bike for the first time. You can't go to this fillum in a car now can you?
