So does this mean that they talk to your phone? Or other helmets? Or both? Be good if you could use them for phone calls, but also to communicate with your pillion, or another rider in the immediate vacinity without having to make a cell phone call . . .

i found a dainese bluetooth helmet that looks like it will talk helmet to helmet without a phone:
