Can someone explain why the SCU is investigating???

They weren't "on road" so why should the SCU be involved???

SCU gets involved whenever there is or likely to be a fatality as a result of a motor vehicle accident. In an "off road/on track" incident, they feed the nessecary info to the coroner so they can make the right call as to the cause of death.

cool that makes sense. Was just thinking from the point of, on a race track crashes are part of the entry fee they're expected to happen so why the SCU, but I guess that explains it. Cheers

Tho that must mean he's really not in a good way

The rider is Currently Stable, but in an induced Coma overnight to see if a bleed in his Brain worsens or stabilises.

Family wishes everybody thanks for their kind thoughts, but would like this to remain Private from now.

    Thanks
