That is an amazing piece of engineering. Leno did not appear to appreciate how much work had gone in to make that engine so smooth. I like the guy bowing to it with about a minute to go as he rode it down the road.

As much as I like the thing, the pony car lovin' part of my brain is thinkin' it's a waste of one of the world's great engines. You could put any blown V8 in that thing and it wouldn't be substantially different, but popping the "hood" on a Challenger or Road Runner etc and seeing that perched there (who am I kiddin' it's loud and proud through the bonnet!) makes a world of difference over a 383 or even 440. So yeah, mixed feelings on this one.

Yea, Same here. I love the sound of the classic 60's Hemi
Plymouth had some of the best sounding engines out there.

Yeah much better it's rusting away under a tree on some farmers paddock in America. Or propping up a work bench. Or sitting forgotten in a shed. Shame on the guy for using such an iconic engine for what he sees fit...

Fucken right. Hemi's probably outnumber decent cars to fit them in 3 to 1.

That is pretty sweet, huge attention to detail, I imagine it would be far more impresive IRL too.

while i totally admire the engineering involved etc and wish i had a fraction of the coin that went into its construction i still gotta ask....why............its still a poxy trike and he aint even crippled..........the worst elements of a car and a motorcycle in one machine...............
