Bringing motorcycle with me - 76 XLH

Hey everyone! New to these forums and about to be new to Auckland. I have a few questions about temporary import. Any info is much appreciated. The gov sites make it sounds ridiculously easy...

Looking to bring my ironhead with me (76 XLH), from Brisbane. I've read that I can bring it in as a temp import, and I just have to pay the duties (which I get back if the bike leaves within 12 months), but it looks like there's a 0% duty on bikes. So am I right to assume I pay nothing?

On top of that I have to get a warrant of fitness, and then I can ride on foreign plates (still running American plates, since I'm from Kansas). Is this correct? Who can do wof's in Auckland? And more importantly how strict are the noise requirements? Bike has straight pipes, I can put baffles in, but it's still super loud.

And I know Australia requires a speedo in kilometers per hour... Will my mph speedo pass in New Zealand?

Thanks in advance guys! Pic of bike is below.

I believe the duties that apply will be our GST (Goods and Services Tax) which are 15% of the value including freight.

Almost any motorcycle shop can do a WoF for you or a specialised testing station such as VTNZ. There are specific noise requirements, but some shops turn a deaf ear to them. Others are a bit more strict. Be warned that if a cop stops you for excessive noise, your bike will be off the road until it has been fixed and tested at an approved testing station (expensive).

    mph speedos are generally OK.
