    Cheers for that. That's an impressive list. Still it must have been bloody cold at times, well done.

    I've been caught out by Sth Island cold snaps when riding before, but it sounds like you know what you are doing. I on the other hand, doh, travel lighter when touring; Sunscreeen, shades, sun hat, togs. Always seem the odd time I leave heavy rain/cold gear at home ...nature has a laugh at my expense.

    Friend used to have a family bach at Kaniere. Great for weekend getaways.

    awesome adventure. you are a god

    Used to have house at castlehill village , epic fun out in the snow before the ploughs went thru on the xr600, used to run a offroad mud/mx tyre, massive rooster tail , all good fun
