Biggest size rear on a 250 rim?

Hi I have a 3.5 inch rear i think? standered size is 130 it is off a 2008 ninja 250 I have the set front and rear and was wondering what is the biggest size tire I can fit on these rims I want to use them for my supermoto conversion I am doing

Presuming a modern radial type tyre, 140 max.

150/160 needs 4.5/5.0

a 140 wouldnt be to small for a 450 would it? I may have to sell these wheels then and get some bigger rims, I dont want to splash out to much because its once in a blue moon it will be used as a motard
