It's not a good pic but gives you a rough idea as to what it would look like.

The only negative I can see is if you have lame brakes, which you don't
Do you know of anyone using them on a cruiser?

    Same as others have said.

Personal preference with shorty vs. long levers.

I find my shorty ones comfy once i got used to them. Clutch is odd at first.

There has been a shit load of talk about "chazzo's" on various forums I'm on, both for and against. Biggest thing is that the quality control may be lacking regarding the adjusting mechanism resulting in the lever going straight to the handle bar with activating the brakes. This is of course not desirable! Please choose wisely and check them immediately upon fitting by operating the levers in a "panic braking" snatch of the lever (obviously not while riding) and see if the adjuster lets go.

I splashed out and bought genuine Pazzo's from the US for $US175 shipped. Arrived in 3 weeks as the dealer had to order from the factory in the colour scheme I requested. Can't fault service or the levers for that matter.
Thought for the day: Some people are like Slinkies - not really good for anything but they're funny when they're pushed down the stairs. Also: Who picks up guide dog shit?

Fwiw theres been a set of knock offs doing the rounds on the TL forum, bought for fuck all in England and sent on to members all around the world,a year later there still working fine. You have to laugh at some of the comments on bike forums regarding the likes of levers and other aftermarket parts, compared to oem even the knock offs are quality.Levers threads are the new "whats the best oil for my purely road ridden sprotbike" threads.

No need to agonise, they’re NZ $35 delivered from fleabay. Try them out, if you don't like them then give them away.

Haha. Not the only exception. I tried some Pazzo Shorties too. Ended up buying some stock length ones, as I did not like the shorties.

Add another to that list, tried shorties in the past hated the increased lever effort through err ...lack of leverage And I don't particularly like the stunted look either.
ASV's for me, but have used Titax and Pazzo in the past - all good.

I have been investigating Pazzo's and have been swayed that way. But noone is stocking the green ones at the mo. My next choice is Gold with Red adjusters.
I've spent my money on bikes, booze and babes. The rest I've wasted....

The green ones in Death_Inc's link look the part ,granted that they aren't Pazzo's though.
