KR Readers Roads

Had a call from the Ed earlier this evening - they were still in the office putting the finishing touches to this edition of Kiwi Rider.
he asked me if I had anything suitable for 'readers roads' - I told him no - what i've got is all a bit to 'prosaic' (or prozac) for the press, but i knew some folks to ask.

If you have: 300 to 400 words and 3 good quality hi res digital images of your favourite piece of New Zealands tarmac - or dirt - and you would like to see it in print, then post it here, mail it to me mail@davidcohen.co.nz or direct to the Ed editor@kiwirider.co.nz

needs to be there by Monday.

Firefight - your 22 piece is a contender.

I'll see that whoever is published gets a few complimentary editions to share.

Hmmm..... Looks like I'll have to write up something about Scenic Drive.....dunno bout Monday......

I don't have any decent pics though...... do you??

It's the day after Sunday - happens every week.

Only pics are of a Harley test we did up thar - not really suitable.
there's always next edition too.

Good one - a pic of you riding on the drive would be good. and the view - which i do have a good one of.

yeah - minimum spec but would do the trick.

A month from Monday - give or take. and it's unfortunately not up to me what gets published - That's why the ed gets the big bucks

It's on my agenda to do, but I haven't yet decided which is my fav road (cos I guess "the whole of the South Island" isn't specific enough huh?) and I won't get it finished by Monday.
