    Talking An Ode to Millie

    Oh Millie...

    How do I love thee?
    Let me count the ways...

    I love the way you look;
    I love the fact that you are an individual;
    I love the colour you are;
    I love the devil in you, that recognises the devil in me;
    I love the way you are so steady on your feet;
    I love the way you take everything in your stride;
    I love the way you are so forgiving of my mistakes;
    I love the way you negotiate large, unseen by me, deviations in the road surface and don’t shake your head or your arse;
    I love how your tyres stick to the road;
    I love the confidence you build in me;
    I love your nimbleness;
    I love that you are little enough for me to be able to stand astride you;
    I love your fuel economy;
    I love your quick pick up and your even quicker STOP;
    I love how other bikers say how cool you look;
    I love how non-bikers compliment me on your good looks and fabulous colour;
    I love…um, did I mention, I love the way you are so forgiving of my mistakes;
    I love you Millie.
