    Biker down near Paeroa

Coming back through Paeroa today saw a biker down - being lifted into ambulance as I went past. Possibly riding with Hog group - whole lot of HD bikes parked nearby. Anyone know any more?

    Cool

    hope the rider is ok..

There were a lot of HOG riders up near Puhoi this arvo....
I saw heaps of them when I was going up to Warkworth.

Plus saw a few gang boys up that way as well...

A friend of mine saw it on his way back to Auck this arvo...thought it was a blue goldwing in the hedge; may have been an HD'electro glide ultra' or such, hope they are OK. Lots of bikes round the BOP/ Rotorua way today!

I found out today that it was a HOG guy. Lost the rear of his Road King on a wet raised tar patch and did the mother of a high side. The guy following thought the Harley went 2 metres in the air. Rider and pillion were shaken but not stirred. Harley is dead. Very lucky peoples.

No big loss then. Sorry to hear about those folk, hope they recover soon
