Fitting stage one needles and jets?

Where would you take your bike in Wellington to have stage one needles and jets fitted in Wellington? Bike is a Kawasaki ZR1100, I have all the instructions etc but as the four carb have to be removed to do this I thought someone who knew what they are doing would be better than me! The instructions say if your bike starts doing #$% in the mid range change the float level etc etc etc. I have visions of the carbs being taken in and out for days and days while I try and get them set correctly. I live in Upper Hutt so this area would suit best. Could take it to a Kawasaki dealer agent but dosen't mean this is the best place to go?

Might be quite educational though if you managed to do it yourself?

The carbs can always be taken to a shop later on if you can't get it working right, and you learn some valuable input in the process.
