All seriousness, though. I know my limits and I know when to ride fast and when not to. I also very well know what the consequences are when (not going to happen, though) I actually do find myself in a collision. I'm stupid but I'm not dumb. Cheers to the good guy who saw through my sarcastic comments and had the heart to revert from attacking me to actually giving me a few good words, much appreciated mate![]()
So you're full of shit as well? what a fucking drama queen.
Twice on the road if you don't count a couple of times I laid the bike down at a standstill while stopped on wet paint... And one time i was sure I had put down my side stand but hadn't :/
The first was along Vivian Street in Wellington just outside Motorad. Free flowing traffic and a bike following a couple of cars behind me. I was trying to see what bike it was in my mirror when the car in front of me stopped for.... Still no idea actually there was nothing in front of it, So I grabbed a big panicked handful of brake, lost the front end, and performed a most acrobatic tumble across the lanes to spring to my feet on the footpath. Totally my own fault and lack of skills.
The second was in Mount Vic Tunnel, I was heading through towards Haitaitai and traffic into town was crawling along. Squeal of brakes and a furniture truck lurched head on into my lane taking out the back corner of a car in front of it and hitting me head on. Luckily I was thrown down the tunnel beside the truck (I think I abandoned ship but not really sure). My bike went under the front wheels. As I limped back to the front of the truck I could hear the driver screaming "get him out he is under the truck". Poor bugger just about had heart failure when I tapped him on the shoulder and explained it was me on the bike and I was alright. Spent the next 5 minutes comforting him, I think he was in shock. Broke my toe and bruised my legs but pretty much OK... Bike was totalled![]()
Do rolling stoppies on a gravel carpark count?![]()

1st. overshot a corner on my first 125cc scooter. landed in soft muddy grass resulting in a dislocated shoulder. popped it back in by picking the dang thing back up.
2nd. t boned at a round about going 50ks. lucky to only get away with scrapes and bruises. my cb750 wasnt so lucky. drivers excuse was everyones favorite "aw man i didnt even see you bro". took the insurance company almost a year to sort out the repairs.
