You sure you wouldn't rather have an RM400 or a YZ465?

Won't it take a bit of will power to take something that clean and shiny into the zone of dirt and scratches?

Damn. You're not going to get it dirty now.

We have a guy in Arizona that builds them to order for us. For a LOT less than you'd think. CR's cost a lil more to restore than RM's and YZ's due to being a fair bit harder to get bits for etc, and the finish on all the bolts and the engine.

Is yours a '79? One of the best looking bikes ever made, alloy tank nicer than later plastic one - chrome bore too if memory serves. Man, I lusted after one these when they came out - still in high school and couldn't afford. Had a rough old '74 125. This is the time when production bikes started to look a lot closer to 'works' bikes. I even loved the quirky kick start/chain being on the 'wrong' side. Very cool and good on you but maybe a garage queen and too good to use lol!? Thanks for posting, a real pleasure to look at it. Jealous.

Reminder of how they looked before yours (a nice 76 on trademe not long ago).
