    It looks like he wasn't the most safety conscious biker if his lack of PPE was anything to go by. I get the feeling they're a long way across the road. It's as if either the biker was half asleep or not watching or the cager was really hammering it... or all of the above.

    Can anyone figure out what kind of bike it is?

    Depends on the material. Helmets can only take up to a certain impact. Depending on what you've hit it could punch a hole, or smash a whole side off.

    They'll flex a bit with crushing, although some of the shells wont flex far before cracking and failing.
