I think you lot need to get a life.

Ok so there is no free motorcycling parks in Oamaru but if this is the worst thing that has happened to you is some plonker has paked a van in your bike park you need some new challanges in your life.

Oh don't fuck with another mans vehicle unless you are very good at fighting, if it is really a problem call the local parking enforcement. Folks used to park over my drive in Wellington and a couple of times a year I used to get them towed and it used to cost them a couple of hundy to get their cars back. QED.

If you're a cop then: no.

    If you aren't then: no.

Speaking for myself, I'm just having a bit of fun posting on KB. The weather's a bit crap for riding anyway.

    Cheers

If the OP want's a serious answer. Contact the council as they can have the vehicle towed. I have had the Christchurch City council number in my phone ever since the Feb quake. And I don't plan on removing it now that it's there.

Don't some of the M/C parks in Wellington CBD become a free-for-all at certain times?

FFS. Even if that wasn't the case he'd probably have took notice of the note and not parked there again. I bet she wouldn't have done that to a ratty old Toyota either.
No - he was deliberately parked there on a Sunday afternoon, and had been there for an hour and a half when we walked back past him to our bikes - which we had to park down the other end of the park, because of mr fuckhead.
Ratty old Toyota - in Cottesloe Beach.....fat chance...but yes....she would have done something appropriate!

Oh yes - we saw him come out of a cafe across the road as we were about to leave.......he didn't seem to notice the scratch and, as expected, tossed the note under his wipers (from another m/cyclist) on to the road.........

    Wink

Try to fit your bike behind it, you might have to go backwards and forwards a few times to get in real close.

Sometimes during the process I might brush a tail light with the bark busters, not on purpose though...

Thanks rustuscat, I've sent you their details.

Yeah, I guess you get all steaming mad when it happens but then calm down later and realise that it's a little bit over the top to slash tires, shit on windows etc.

For future reference. Hamilton has free parking in the CBD during the weekend. I just really like being able to park in bike parks (and walk past them inspecting all the shiny machinery), usually I park in the parking building at work where they let bikes park for free if they find a spot that isn't a car park, but that closes at 18:30 most days.

I can't really see any excuse for parking in such a clearly labeled motorcycle park.
