Just an update. The OP sent me the pics, and I posted a parking ticket to the registered person. It happened to be a company whose premises is maybe 200 metres away from the scene of the parking crime. Bet they haven't parked there again. I expect they wonder how come they got a parking ticket from a Popo in Chur Chur. Actually, I wonder why I did it, but hey, it was novel.
