    They can be hit-or-miss.
I waited a month with no progress on my order, no replies to my weekly emails asking what was going on, then bingo a mere 45 days later they sent it.
    But honestly, worth the savings.

Yes, you have to patient, Once it leaves it is DHL hands, no updates as it passes through another country and third party. The Germans are very particular and prompt, I trust them, have bought quite a few things from them. You have to be very, very patient They always come through, communication is hard, but it works once they figure out we speak another language and we are also in a totally different time zone...

It took at month for the order to get processed, once it was with DHL it only took 12 days to get here, which I figured was pretty on-par.

Got some more stuff on order, will be interested to see how long this one takes.

I've ordered a couple of things and they took quite a while to arrive. One of them was on back order and it took like 2++ months to arrive. They replied my enquires once or twice but when I found the second item wasn't what I was after they took it back no problem (lost the shipping of course)
