    XT600 aftermarket exhaust options?

So I,ve just ordered the xt 600 acerbis 23ltr tank and am now on the look out for a good aftermarket exhaust mainly to save weight and improve performance without too much noise and re jetting. Any help welcome..........

Had a Leo Vince muffler on mine. Was good. Not much of a performance gain but did weigh less.

I used a Supertrapp IDS2 on mine - a big saving in weight of course. I don't know if it made the bike any faster, but it made sheep and cows faster...louder than a shotgun.

I am looking for one too, have been for awhile now. The Husqvarna has a aftermarket one sitting spare, so will use this, it will fit. I don't expect or want anymore gain, just a bit of breathing space, bigger hole and a whole lot of weight gone at the arse end

There was a KLX650 on our ride yesterday with something similiar fitted. Same size and shape but different brand. It was VERY vocal.

Put a muffler off an '04 YZ450 on mine, sounded good, easyish fit and cheap, no carb mods.

Just my 2 cents, even with ear plugs a loud exhaust can be seriously annoying on long rides, especially the last stretch home

The FMF PowerCore 4 is not too offensive plus has an optional quietening insert
