Registration from 9am to 11am

Run start's at 11:30 from the Bluewater Hotel & returns by 4:30pm

Over two thousand KTM's. Wow, that's going to take a while to ride all those.

not as long as you might think, statistically you just need to ride a small control group, account for any outliers (350 free ride) and klaus is your uncle

A noisey black KLR and BMW with a humungous tank. We'll see.

Start time 9.30 at Dannevirke BP (or Barts place just down the road). 10am at the start of the Makairo for those coming from the south. If no one turns up from the south, we may start half an hour earlier.

Here's a map. It's about 16km from the Tui Brewery. Sign posted all the way, so you just follow Makairo Road from the turn off south of the brewery.

Top ride guys, & thanks Wade for the assistance through the quagmire. Unfortunately Gus just didn't have the necessary ground clearance with those pipes.

After I left you guys I meandered my way home via Alfredton, Castlehill Rd, Castlepoint, Homewood Rd, Gladstone, Martinborough. Made it home about 7.30pm. Just on dark.

Really really need to improve my fitness. I was buggered by the end of the Makairo, & struggled with cramp for the whole of the rest of the day...
