Yep gloves great, already tested over taihape road while back too. they are pretty warm on there own and going slow on way down fine with them switched off.
Only prob is you start noticing the next weak point in your gear for coldness...
Left home about 9.30 am so prob about 2 degress all way in, was plenty warm with two layers of wool, denim shirt and merino scarf.

You wont have any problems with tailgaters and that fishing rod Pom Must dust off my surfcasters...

Nice work guys, am so looking forward to getting back out there and exploring the sights of the Bay again soonerish.

My physio said I could take the Beta out for very short runs (flat ground figure 8's) for balancing exercises strictly no wheelies or shenanigans allowed but definite progress, I'm stoked though. Will be back throwing chains at DR's before ya know it
    ....wherezz that track go

Short lap of Darky spur today riding shotgun behind the Adventure Motard, who needs knobbly tires anyway Road conditions mostly fairly well swept hardpack, little soft near Waiokau but no drama, easy going.

Cheers Robin, Ross. That's almost the same view as you get following that bike, always sideways
Well have to line up some arty ADV bike shots on the next ride out.

I sure will, slicks after always riding on knobs would very interesting lol
How are you anyway? Shame you missed the MMMMM. I did the one day Hawkes Bay MMM Loop the next day. Was going to go on the Sat but the previous year we had x6 bikes down on ice & two years prior the ice at Te Horoto was so bad, that when I stopped at the phone booth, I could skate across the road in my mx boots. So cold in the fog that my mx goggles froze up in the inside!! My Sunday MMM was a good fast ride. Be great to have you out on some rides with us again
