Found 2 more riders for the HB Adv gang
A Transalp and a Dommie (We gettin infiltrated by Hondas) Will see them both on the 24th Nov also someone is very close to buying a new DR650 here from Central Suzuki so will pounce on the poor person if they do and induct them into the gang.

Good one Ross lol. You know you are talking to the gal who has avoided the "Chicken Dance" all her life
The other thing I avoid is . . . . . putting on those silly paper hats that come out of your Christmas Cracker. Too much like Rest Home material pour moi
Though the Banana is v cute & a cool mover. . . . . I will only try if Marty goes FIRST

LOL that banana emoticon has too many moves for me to remember...

Still haven't serviced the DR yet so took the GSXR adventure touring to dust off the cobwebs with ummmm more dust. Waipunga Rd and Kaiwaka very dry and clean at moment, hardley any corrugations also.

OK, Bit late notice but tomorrow is the Annual Birthright toy run, I will be with the HB Classic club and we are meeting the cnr of Plunket st and Maraekakaho rd at 10.30 in the morning. Ride is for about 1 hr and finishing at Anderson Park to hand the toys in and have a BBQ.
A tidy recycled toy is fine (must be suitable for kids).

Great turn out for the toy run, 220 bikes. Had people lining the streets waving and some handing out soft toys, Cops were blocking the traffic at some of the main intersections for the bikes. Nice BBQ at Anderson park for lunch and a pleasant afternoon back at the Classic Club rooms. Good day to be out on a bike.

Thanks for digging this thread out of the forum bin mate, good to hear you've managed to con someone else to come along as well, had confirmation from a Transalp rider thats turning up, hope to get a Dommie rider there as well, Another rider is turning up in a car at the museum to catch up with us. Be great to see you there Gerard and we appreciate you making the effort.
Thats 6 confirmed so far and because I need to let the people at the museum know numbers, please indicate on here if you intend to come.

    Cheers
    Ross
