    Race Fever - The Movie

Well after a couple of weeks editing and more than a few cross words, NF Productions is semi proud to bring you the movie event of 2014. Unfortunately some of the good crashes were botched by the camera crew but we have managed to salvage some clips and hopefully capture the tension and raw driving aggression of the day. So grab ya pop corn, strap in and make yourselves comfortable - here it is "Race Fever" the Movie.

Awesome footage there mate, I will be going back there next month with my son who reckons hes going to blow me to the weeds, I will have the cam on my helmet so hopefully be able to show what it was like from the hot seat. A huge thanks to Murray Bell from the Kart Club who gave his time to let a few larrikin ADV Riders loose on their karts. If anyone wants to ride up or down this way and have a go, let me know on here and it can be arranged. The karts are capable of up to 100 KPH and will pull up to 3 Gs on the corners depending on cojones size. Robyn just drove like she was riding the her mighty 2 hundy ( Were there corners on the track?). Awesome fun.

It was a great day! Soon as I can move my shoulder a little better I'm goin for a spin. You might not have noticed in the film but the fast cart was Wades (GPSMan) which had an orange chassis - appropriately. Robyn had some cool lines round the hair pin, but then she's had more experience with them than the boys.

I have tons of video footage so might chuck some more on if I get round to it, specially of Murray's twin engine cart - not orange but still pretty quick!

Waitara rd and boundry stream in primo condition, both roads looked to have been graded in recent weeks but had plenty of traffic over to pack down.
Pretty much same though darky spur/waipunga etc...
Checked out emmet campspot and looked at J Sutton road but it said I needed a panpac permit... Rivers crystal clear.

Some good roads out that way - pretty sure Jock Sutton Rd is a fish and game access point so you dont need a permit thats why its fished to death.

Yeah theres a F&G sign by main road but when you turn in there's another fairly new looking sign in yellow by gate saying must have Panpac permit and a phone number by it too.
Reckon Everetts be good campspot for a bigger HB adv ride some time. That clay filled creek crossing is little soft but got across no worries

Feck em if its not gated go fishing camped at Everetts a couple of years ago with 4wd's it rained all night and strangely by morning all the other tents had disappeared when we got to the puddle creek it was 3 foot deep and flowing fast went back and rang a DOC mate who got a Pan Pac guy to come over the hills and open the back gate, good times the kids loved it.

We tried to walk round to the old copper mine but the river had washed away the track and every time i go past coppermine rd its locked - a scout in there one day would be good.
