Whangamata two day Family Trail Ride

Whangamata two day Family Trail Ride this Labour weekend.
Ive been helping get the tracks ready this weekend and I was impressed.

‎14km of mixed forest main loop with short track and supervised kiddies track.
The Main loop starts from the Clubhouse/BBQ/shop area and enters mature pines on a hillside with a loamy peat base. Tracks have some solid berms on the corners and no rubbish laying around the track so there is always somewhere safe to run off or park up. Heading into mature gum trees, the track switches back and forth up a hillside and down again several times before heading into several kilometres of tight native bush trails with some wee bridges and jumps. There are some challanging hills on the expert loops to keep the serious riders entertained, but I would highly recommend these tracks to family orientated riders for their variety and sheer enjoyment rating. they have the Labour Weekend 2 dayer coming up. there is Family Camping close by at the DOC Wentworth Valley campsite and swimming in the river. typically this track gets about 130-150 riders. I will be there with a selection of brand new Forza bikes to test ride both days.

You can hire them too. By the hour or even by the lap. Kids quads and first bikes, Race quality Pit bikes and the Forza 230f trailbikes.

Helmets and gloves are supplied with the bike. Pants, longsleeve shirt and suitable boots are YOUR RESPONSIBILITY! also any accident damage to the bikes.
You MUST have ID and be over 18 to hire a bike.

Hire rates: 20mins or 1 loop of the main track. $45
    1 hour $70
Full Day (book early- limited bikes) $300 with full riding gear

Retired- just some guy with a few bikes......
