Of course, as the level must run fore and aft along the bike centre line, it will make riding a little ----hm, interesting. Good thing you're a girl, eh. Fewer , uh, "obstacles"

In a panic, shot down and fumbled with the keys to unlock the car. Just managed to get to it as it reached the road. Phew! :slap:
Happened to me about 6 months ago !. Got a VERY steep drive, with a very small flat bit at top. Parked the Pajero, in gear, handbrake on , got out went in house to open gargre door. As I was openning it I heard this strange thompa noise from outside . WTF ? Fling open the tilt door and I see the Pajero slowly disappearing backwards down the drive. Thompa - runs back a foot or so. Thompa - Another foot.

I hurtled down the drive, and did a flying face down leap across the drivers seat, ripped the handbrake on HARD - and the cable promptly snapped !

Luckily I managed to scramble in and shove my foot on the brake just before it got to the curve - where it would have run off down the (even steeper) bank and into the neighbour's house !

Now I leave it in low ratio reverse with the wheels on full lock !.

It was in gear, the brakes weren't on and it felt like the teeth of the gears weren't staying connected. It is due for an oil change but I wouldn't have thought dirty oil would do that. What do you fellas think? It's prob just old age.

might be that starter motor i think, best to get rid of it now whilst it stil goes an get yourself a new one.
