Acerbis tank range

Just back from riding Akaroa and the bays and the tank went onto reserve at 360 kms.....will be interesting to see how far I get on a tank......

What do mean reserve? Their isn't one? great range then...I haven't done a full-empty ride yet with the XT600e

The furtherest I went was 380km without hitting reserve with both taps open...it was a bit of a worry so fueled up asap. It took 18 litres,and it took 19 from dry ( could've done with an expansion job). I had worked out somewhere around 400km to a tank,but never pushed it that far.

my one hits reserve around 350-370kms, switch one tank to reserve got to 400 before filling. been meaning to take a extra can and run the second tap dry but never got around to it

I,ve turned off the left petcock and will run the right side dry then see how far I get with the left one on....do you have no reserve petcocks thumper?

I see what you mean. I thought turning one off would make it drain lopsided, so have both on. I might try it out, left or right off, then turn it on.
