    Anyone on BMWOR?

Trying to join up to the forum, someone somewhere must have heard of me, as I have asked for several activation emails, but only get the standard "You have requested, and must be approved first". The actual email is never received.

Could someone ask the site admin to nicely let me in? I'm signing up as Gremlin...

Correct... it means I have received a grade of "must try harder"

    Isn't it?

Was a member for a decade, helped run it for 2.
It became apparent, it was an extension of BMWNZ's marketing arm, so scarpered.
Members get a small discount on parts, for a bigger discount buy on other side of planet.

It seems Gremlin's reputation has preceded him!

You say on here you ride a CB919. Well ya know a Honda is probably too good for that other forum.

    Well. I've done my bit.....................

I approved Gremlin's membership of the BMWOR Forum on 14 Sep, subject to activation, so if he would care to click on the link in the email our system sent him, then he could activate his membership.

In fact I can go one better now, seeing as he is experiencing difficulty: the account is now active, Gremlin. Check your gmail for our system message which should include your password.

If you have any further difficulty, send an email to: webmaster@bmwor.org.nz and I'll sort it for you - it has taken several days for somebody to bring this thread to my attention, and then it has taken me a couple of minutes to register with KB in order to reply to you. Emailing both admin@ or webmaster @ is normally a good first move in cases like this.

    Regards,
    Bwucie

    Blah

theres this krusty old chap that runs the BMWOR site. Apart from being slightly mad he is very helpful. He always has time to help out on site cause his bike spends more time at Experience than a Harley on the back of a ute

sure he will be along soon

I shouldn't comment... mine knows the shop rather well... and the mechanics know her inside and out

Ta muchly Bwucie. The emails I were receiving (and checking spam folders, none there) only said it was waiting approval, never got the next one in the sequence. Either way, I'm in!! A few days wasn't a major, the post had the desired effect in the end...
