I think the importance of the issue must first be verified by forming a working party. Should the working party's preliminary analysis determine that a solution needs to be worked toward then it would be appropriate that a subcommittee was dedicated to the task of forming a structure to move forward with plans to consider options of finding a solution. It is of vital importance throughout this process that the parties involved meet their obligations under the Treaty.

Alternatively, if ACT get into power, you'd go down to SuperCheap, buy some $2 degreaser and a $7 rubber mallet, spray said patch of oil into oblivion and use the mallet to beat the f***er who desicrated(sp) the new driveway.

And if National gets in power you'd do nothing because there would be no policy on it whatsoever - but anyone in the National Party, including its janitors, could buy you three new driveways out of ther pay increases.

Next time you change the oil, leave the drain pan over the spot then run over the pan with the car.

    Wont notice the spot then.
