With the election coming up, I suggest that those of us concerned about high ACC levies on our motorbike regos should be contacting MPs/political parties and asking what they intend to do about it.
eg: Nick Smith, Chris Hipkins, etc.

Just remember that what they say they intend to do upon your request will not have any bearing on what they will do.

Regrettably I think Hitcher is correct. ACC isn't an election issue. Furthermore ACC has just announced reduced levies for next year so most people are going to be happy.

Yer reduced for wage and salary earners, "Levies for the motor vehicle account, which has experienced greater difficulties, is unchanged"..Timing is interesting, just before an election.
