    catching up with KBers

One of the great things about Kb for me is catching up with memebers who I havn,t seen for a while.

Some of you not so Newbies (yeah the ones whose names are Dry in the book), will remember Cajun, (Neal,) a bloody good guy(for a computer geek) well anyway I got txt form Cajun advising me he was up in Ak for a meeting today. So that was a good enuff reason to have a catch up ride.

After he had finsihed his meeting we meet at AB Bombay for a coffee, then a bit of a plod down SHW one, we turned off at Ohinewai for a nice pace down to Tahuna(this is a great road , we used to use this a lot last year, for those who don,t like the confines of 22, or prefer good high speed corners, this is a great ride.

I rode with Neal to Tahuna, we stopped for a bit of a chat then he headed off towards the kaimais. I returned the same way, and did a slight detour, , Crossed the Bridge at Rangiriri on to the Glen murray rd for a bit, then down Churchill rd(just to prove Sports bikes can ride on metal roads.) caught a small rain shower , roads were dry by Pukekawa, down to Tuakau, Puke and Home.

Great to catch up with you Neal, Miss you contributions to KB..

The only reason I only ride in the Iron man Class is I have no friends left to enter the two man events,
    my own fault really.

Well done, I looked outside several times today (at work ) and cringed at the sight of blue skiies and sunshine, I'm so glad someone took advantage of it!

Thanks for letting us know that Neal is still on two wheels Dave, I think he'd had a gutsfull of KB for one reason or another? Likewise do I miss his cyptic mis-spelled posts!

O.K., thats the north taken care of, if anybody is lucky to be passing through South Otago and wants a coffee/break then just call in at the local Hall of Constabulary (cop-shop) and ask for Scumdog, all welcome (Except for registered arseholes).

Being an arsehole of the unregistered variety, I might have to take you up on that offer sometime soon. Is it true that all police smoko rooms now have espresso machines?

No, but we can pretend - or I can invite you to my place where we do have an expresso machine.

If it's 'free' you might as well enjoy the coffee that you tax payers contribute to!!!
