A girlfriend once asked " Why is it you seem to prefer to race, than spend time with me ?"
The answer was simple ! "I'll prolly get bored with racing too, once i've nailed it !"

    Bowls can wait !

any more takers on the bikes in the house photo project... ?? looks like i might be taking a trip to wellington so auckland / wellington regions are good.
Again its not going to be a portraid of you.... Its just about the bike... in the kitchen/bathroom/bedroom.

as an aside does anyone else take photos as your dismantling a bike so you know how it goes back together again ! ??

Pulled apart carb on my office desk?

Until about 3 months ago, I had a bike horn and a carb on the computer desk, a rear fender in the hallway, headlight at the floor of the stairs, a petrol tank sitting outside the main door, various tools and sheet metal spread out.

Now I just have a horn and a control switch block on my desk. Everything else has been put away on the shelving in the workshop!

We don't have bikes being rebuilt in the house, but we always have parts everywhere. Last night we had my husband's racebike battery charging on the stove top. My dad's dirt bike guards and fairings on the dining table.
In a perfect world, my bike would live in the lounge where I could see it every day
