ACC levy stats known?

Anyone got the figures on how much more or how much less ACC has earned from us since putting up the bullshit levies. I just registered mine for 6 months and will for the first time ever putting it on hold over Winter. See a lot of people out there running bikes with lapsed Rego's, not a good idea but I can understand.
Sorry if this has already been asked but don't get time to be on the board to often..

There are some who put their reputation on the line over the 'numbers', plus another bunch who tried to further their politcal aspirations, yet another lot created new 'motorcycle communities' and associations.
All lost.

Was the ACC levy hike ever about the numbers, or was it about making motorcycling a less attractive option.
