Thanks for inviting us Stu. This was a very interesting lecture. Big ups to Brendan from Motorad who supplied a CBR1000R Predator at very short notice - and made a grand entrance when he rode it into the Lecture Hall (this bike was designed by Paolo). Gave us food for thought when at the end Paolo pointed out how motorcycle design appears to have come full circle (CB750 vs Triumph T100) and he seemed not too sure on what the future holds, it being maybe in the hands of the Playstation generation. I found that prospect a bit scary and am just thankful I have lived through and experienced the various evolutions of motorcycles he talked about.
    pretentious moi?
