    Ag 100 sprocket shaft

Hello, I have an old Yamaha Ag100, I get it for $200, so as you'd probably expect, the sprocket was welded on. I've bought a new shaft and sprocket, and was just wandering, to replace the shaft, would I have to take apart the gear box, or could it just be gently tapped out with a hammer?
    Cheers

No you will have to remove the barrel and split the casing to install
