A little while back I found out about an anime that's about motorbikes, also that it has not been subtitled or released in English. So I tracked it down, subtitled it in English and put it up on youtube.
バリバリ伝説 (Bari Bari Densetsu, or Motorcycle Legend) is originally a comic by Shuuichi Shigeno, who is famous for writing Initial D.

Cool, should be fixed now, I made a playlist in order from 1-9. Although #2 is 'still processing', you can use the manual link to watch that part until it's done its stuff.

I was Wanpo's test viewer a whiles back when he was putting this gem together. I was impressed by the care and attention to detail the animators put into this labour of love. It's old school animation and being one of the old school animation fans, I really could see the skill and craft.

The ironic thing was at the Hyosung cup at HD a wee whiles back, I actually referenced the scene of the Le mans start as a training tip!

Thanks Wanpo for the effort and finally putting this up for the general viewing delight of KBers!

Nah, that's all that was animated I think. There's a comic though (again hasn't been subtitled) which is 38 volumes long. So there's definitely more story to go either side of the movie. (it's why the introductions to the characters were so short, you were expected to have read the comic already ;p)
