Getting dents out of my rim

My front rim has a bit of a dent in it. Probably from landing too hard when I did a back flip or some shit. Anyway can you get the dents taken out? Its pushed in and not buckled.

Depending on which way bent, but a shaped piece of hard wood & a sledge hammer used carefully can push it back in shape.

But the best way I've learnt recently for one of those dents that push the rim out as well is to correct the push out bit which usually corrects the buckle. Wood bits to spread the load on the other side (long bit of wood) & to localise (small bit) the affected area & use of a hydraulic press can work wonders. Don't go crazy pushing too much, they are only ally.
Don't you look at my accountant.
