    Hello and Welcome back!

Ironically was thinking about you today and how your recovery was going.

You have been on our minds of recent weeks and we've been sending you get well thoughts every day.

Regarding your surgical cuts. Tape them up with wide paper like medical tape. The aim is for the tape to take the stretch pressure and to give you tightness feedback before your cut does. This is will give the weaker cut point on your skin time to gather strength. Do this for several months, 24hrs per day changing each night during shower/bath. In the end, hopefully those cuts will look paper-thin. Any good pharmacy stocks this tape.

From personal experience, this works well on the belly but not so well on shoulders.

All the best with your healing.

    Wonderful news Dave.

Hamish and I have had you in our thoughts the last few weeks.

Take one day at a time, and don't forget there may be some days you feel like you're going backwards, but they'll get fewer and fewer.

    Take good care of yourself.

So pleased to see your posting again. Looking forward to getting another toot from you on the commute in to work, hopefully in the not too distant future.

    Take care, Dave.
