    More lams questions, yay!

Hey guys, I know its been over done about what about this bike blah blah blah

But, found a FZR400 on trademe for a good price and in good nick (External appearances) which is on the lams list, but it has been modified in that it has an R6 rear end. I don't have any idea if this changes the weight but I wouldn't think so, at least, not to make it any lighter than the factory. Would it still be ok?

And I'm pretty keen on it, thoughts?

Modifications for "The purpose of changing the power to weight ratio" is forbidden ... this is not.

And few would be hard pressed to tell any changes were made. Even if you knew what you were looking at/for.

Cool. It looks stock otherwise, which means a viewing may be in order....

it would be interesting for rastus's take on the issue, however the wording is the devil
    in the detail with lam's

    Please note
Any motorcycle modified in a way that increases its power-to-weight ratio is no longer LAMS-compliant, regardless of whether it appears on the list.
so in short any modifcation from stock and you are screwed UNLESS.. its a 250... haha..

Yeah, keen to hear what he has to say,

Also, its been withdrawn by the seller, so hoping it hasn't been sold in the last few hours...
