haha yeah, i just about fell over backwards when i saw it. It took a bit of pausing and playing with the tivo but it's definitely the same bike!

And a slightly different story to the one the RO gave me too, guess they werent in possesion of all of the facts at the time

This is the part that confuses me, CBD police stated they had no record of the accident on file at the time I picked the bike up. However last night they said that the rider was being charged with dangerous driving causing injury, surely his bike rego would have been on the system?
