Man it's hard not to love that bike with a hair dryer hanging off it like that, but it's a little weird looking. but maybe if they were on that black Night Train...

Nice indeed, would love to hear it in the flesh, puter just doesnt do it justice.Anyone done a 1/4 on one Dave, just out of interest, though its a big piece of kit it should post up a pretty respectable time.

This one has a clutch kit specified for street use, it gets along very nicely, but it would need 'beefing up if you want to really hotdog it'.

On the street it gets along mighty, mighty fine for such a big unit - on the back of the massive torque.

Yeah Doug - count me a new Trask fanboi - beautiful kit.

Blackie - I used the Putshussch gag on the Victory.

No doubt, what about the front brake mate, would that be an aftermarket caliper on the single disc or is oem pull it up ok?Any need for a twin disc setup?

Looks like a PM caliper and disc mate. Problem with those skinny lil fronts is...if you have too much in the way of brakes, it's very easy to over power the lil contact patch with 340 kg's pushing it. Roadkings std have a fat front tyre and dual discs.

Yeah they're fun to ride. We built a turbo FXDX some years ago. It'd spin the back tyre up in 3rd in the dry, and Slighty rode it and loved it!

Not really my cup o tea
but very easy to see why people love these rides
Looks and sounds great! I really love the sound of that wee turbo over the V-Twin rumble.
....the front wheel?....ehh, to love or hate it would come down to personal choice, I think it looks ok.....its the headlight that caught my eye, it seems to be pointed at the sky (loved the little running lights on the lower front tho)
very nice video BD, thanks for sharing mate

Where do you work up there mate,i spent many years up there selling cars, started off with Cable Price, when i left Amuris had bought the dealership and was/is Rutherford n Bond Toyota, spent some time at Avery Ford.Cant for the life of me remember the name of the bike shop i dealt with back then, not far away from the Toyota place, was stupid enough to buy an 89 Sport(utter piece of shit) then to make matters worse a 900SS from the same era.
