    Thumbs up

    This is silly comment

As far am concerned like anyone who drives for living these guys are really good at what they do

And alot have most respect for Motorcylist and few i know over the years are active motorcylist themselves

your telling me somone drives as many hours as they do and as many kms and they have to do it to

to time limits and have much smaller rev range to work to

if you travelled at night between palmerston tuapo like i have in my car i like to follow the rigs at night as there like inch perfect on the corners great to get into great safety thing i whould not do this on bike however

as a motorcylist you got remember that u need to be right postion following to be seen by the truck drive

eg if you can see him in his mirrors he can see you and give them space as there very heavy fully loaded

Only time i felt need to pass but havent is when there going up steep grade other than that bang on 100kph

average speed all the way they have to to meet there deadlines and we whould not have food on the supermarket shelves on time if wherent for these guys

Fuck yes, This thread should have a place of honour in the humour section.

He was serious, too. His whole post was double-spaced.

Now i'm more worried about the cot cases who just didn't get it than i am about the trucks on the road. (not that i was ever worried about them anyway, they are excellent drivers in most cases) One has to ask what kind of person it is that didn't see the sarcasm originally and if not then, perhaps in the comments provided later, they are now a worry for me.

    Wise up people.
So this is actually a public service announcement.

Yup. After experiencing the death of a good friend with 20yrs riding experience through absolute stupidity, leaving behind a wake of devastation to family and friends, and watching the grief etc at his funeral, made me realise that even the best of us need a little harsh wake up call. Watching this video is far less offensive then looking at my friend in his casket.

You can see some sweet blood splatter at 0:25.
