How much oil does the Trumpet take???? I use Motul too and it doesn't seem to cost me more than $45-50 a time.

Really depends on the motul you use,last time I looked


3100 gold was $55 for 4 litres
5100 was $80 for 4 litres
7100 was $125 for 4 litres
factoryline gold $150 for 4 litres

I use 7100 during winter and factoryline over the summer the trumpy holds 3.6litre and often do 4 oil changes a year

Budgeting for 4 oil changes per year is a good idea. I'd probably say I'll do around 10k a year on average. So once every 2500 or every 3 months, which ever comes first sounds about right.

Plan your oil changes for 5000k intervals or 6monthly which ever comes first.....I do over 20'000k's just on the daytona a year hence my 4 changes
