It's an offence to leave the scene of an accident and not give your contact details, some twat rear ended me and drove off while I was having a mild go at them (the driver was on a mobile) gave the number to the cops and they prosecuted them. So, go to the cops, the fuckers toast

If your insurance had just run out and you have been a customer for a while you can see if they will extend cover up to the incident - you'll have to pay the year's premium though. Just tell them that you genuinely overlooked the due date of the policy and intended to renew. Worth a try - if they have details of the at fault driver you should get off the excess too.

    Good luck!

Thanks for all the advises guys!
I contacted the delivery guy, he tried to deny it! Then I talk him I got witness here saw him did it! He admitted it after that! The second day, he came to my office and gave me his insurance comapny contact details! The claim has been filed, the bike is in work shop now!
I bought box chocolate for the witness lady for xmas. She was very graceful too!
Now, just waiting for the insurance company to contact the shop!

Nice. Very important to reward people for behaviour like this.
