...saw Mick Grants practice lap on wide screen cinema in Douglas in '82, on a day off racing during the TT's...it was filmed a couple of days before....i was more into watching the audience sliding around in their seats and smacking their heads together on the corners...this would probably make the plebs chunder violently...
I mentioned this at the coffee machine at work and a whole pile of non-bikers almost jizzed themselves. Gotta be good for the sport.

there's an early screening in Wanganui with a few TT riders showing up on wed 24th.
6.45 informal drinks and nibbles then movie at 7.30ish after a short talk by Rod Coleman NZ's first TT winner
