According to the ACC stats I saw (a few years back) ... it supprised me how often the "client" didn't have a motorcycle licence. untill I saw how many were off the legal roads ...

Motocross tracks featured often. (actually ... so did Supermarket carparks)

    MOTORCYCLE accident. End of story.
Correct, however there is No Motorcylce Account either.

    ACC accounts

ACC operates five accounts. The accounts reflect where injuries occur, such as at work. Each account funds the services it provides.

The accounts are: Work Account, Earners’ Account, Non-Earners’ Account, Motor Vehicle Account, and Treatment Injury Account.
This could either be a Motor Vehicle accident, or a Work Place accident, or Both (and it does happen this way sometimes), but There's one question burnig in my mind What the fuck was someone in Ekatahuna doing on a Quad Bike just before MIDNIGHT on Christmas Eve???? apart from crashing it.

Aside from quad bike lighting ... not that great. I would say we are all in the dark on that question ... (including the rider at the time)

And I dont recall ANY "accounts" (as such) in ACC ... just each individual case lists accident type and place. (for statistical purposes)

All funding comes from the same source ...

Is one of us suffering a brainfade??
There are 4 separate ACC 'accounts'...work, leisure, motorpool, non-earner.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

Ummmm..... There are FIVE ACC accounts. They are Work, Earner, Non-Earner, Motor Vehicle and Treatment Injury. See my last post above, cut and pasted straight from the ACC website. Google it if you're not sure.

Sad to hear, but theres another strike against us even though quads are NOT motorbikes. Nothing more than small tractors or oversized go carts.
