    Uh... yeah every movement of the fork/spoon from the plate to my mouth is a lap. I am constantly trying to improve my lap times and my endurance.

    Cool Bugger this

    Had a go at putting a picture of my bike on the left hand corner but this stupid boxa tricks says it contains too many pixies or summat Ha Ha

    Oh well I'm gonna have my hot chocolate and sit with the bride for an hour before she accuses me of searchin for porn !!! HaHa

    Catch up with you guy's again over the weekend, just be carefull outthere, stay upright as much as poss, don't go where you can't see and for goodness sake's smile at the camera it may be a live one !!!
    My carbon footprint stretches to the horizon....but I'm not a bad person....

    Hi Warr, in your Control Panel click on Edit Profile and there is a field in there called "Other bikes you own", this is where some members list current and previous bikes owned. Note: It is not a special reserved field.
