Almost undoubtedly - it's one of the good things about Hondas. My VF500's disks were ferkt, and luckily I went to a clued-up wrecker (after the first eejit), who looked at them and went, "Hmmmm... I think I've got some from a 250 that'll probably fit." And so they did - same bolt spacings and diameter, but drilled instead of solid. Oh - and he didn't have a matching pair, so I fitted two LH ones. Worked perfectly well (just looked odd if you looked closely).
And the 800 has a VFR800 disk and summat else - probably off a CBR600. Totally different carriers and drilling pattern, and the RH one has less carbon in the steel, so it rusts when it rains, but they work fine.
So... take a disk into the wrecker and see what works, or ask a clued-up wrecker what he (or she?) has that will fit.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

My CB400 NC21 had uber common disks, which mad pricing nice. Thankfully, VTNZ can't measure them and my 3.4mm items passed and I sold it
The ZZR600 I have has mismatched carriers on the front ones, also a fairly common disk, nearly any 300mm Kwaka from the 90's had that disk
