It's a great pity that the Springs is now a race CAR track. I'd have a lot more sympathy for the place if they ran a mixed program - bikes and cars - as they did in the past. Bikes don't run at the springs because the cars require a clay track. It was a bike track long before cars were introduced.

(yeah I know about the speedway GP and I will be there for that)
