    Motoracer is back in town

    Hi there,

After spending 3 years in Frankfurt Germany, I'm back in Auckland, New Zealand.

I'll look forward to catching up with my old mates in here at some stage in the days to come. I also have to find a bike again first.

    Cheers,
    Sudeep

Welcome (back) to the Hotel California.
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

    Hey you and welcome back.

That 3 years went pretty quickly. I am still short and slow. Hopefully catch up with you soon.

Apparently RG150's are out and Scopio's are in. So may be get one of those.
I blame the global financial crisis.
FYI some of KB are no longer with us if you haven't been keeping an eye on here. Certainly gave me a shock after coming back to KB.

Going to UK in Sept for 2 months and looking to ride around Europe inc Germany 2 up. Any tips / recommendations based on your time in DE/Frankfurt?

I will be buying a CB900 in UK and have it kitted up for the trip.

    Just go to http://www.bestbikingroads.com/

You can plan your route by choosing the good routes there. The info in that site is very reliable I would say. If you go there in Sep and you will ride for two months, things could be a bit cold in November and the weather could be a bit crap but you never know. Last year Nov, the weather was really ok. The year before was not that great. Autum is not really predictable in Germany. Dont expect too much in terms of twisties once you are used to New Zealand roads. The twisties there are pretty short in distance and sparcely spread out. Just enjoy the view when the sun shines. The trees in German have a very special golden colour in Autum.
