Just interested to know and if it restricts too much movement in the cockpit.
Looking for convenient space for camera etc.

G'day mate, not the same bike, but similar sitcho with a 28 litre tank. When I first put on the tank bag I was convinced I would be pulling it straight off due to perceived lack of space, surprisingly though, it doesn't get in the way at all and still allows me to move up to the tank and get decent weight forward when need be. As for running a tank bag in general, being able to access all the bits and pieces too large for jacket pockets while still seated on the bike is so handy, I won't ride without it now

I borrowed Nic's little Wolfman tankbag for a look but i thought it would be in the way a bit still. Iv'e thought about the Giant loop buck in roll http://www.giantloopmoto.com/collect...-roll-tank-bag
but iv'e not seen a Safari tanked DR with one yet
Good ideas and info, only need a camera and wallet sized one, that buck roll looks cool but prolly a little big.
Will have a skunk around for small bags, anyone have any specific experience with a bag that was well adventure suited?

Takes ya pic of wolfman bags - have a look here.
Dinky 1l 'pocket' called a enduro pocket or a bigger 6l called an enduro tank bag which is very similar it seems to the small expedition tank bag. Otherwise a bunch of bigger options also.
I've recently purchased Wolfman E10 enduro panniers and really rate them.
